RK/NK for the food industry or automobile industry: the manipulator prepared for any eventuality

Thanks to their contactless control system, the new robust and hygienic RK / NK manipulators are unique on the market.

In addition, this new generation of manipulators is distinguished by easy assembly using a central nut fixing. The electrical connection is made using an off-the-shelf M12 connector, to ensure easy and intuitive installation.
In addition, this innovation offers many possibilities of use: with their hygienic design, NK manipulators are suitable for the food industry. RK manipulators are the ideal choice for outdoor outdoor applications with extreme ambient conditions, for example, for industrial processes, utility vehicles, aircraft tractors and aerial work platforms.

For manipulators dedicated to the food industry, we use a blue sealing material, so that it is identifiable as a foreign body by the optical systems in the event of failure. For industrial and outdoor applications, we use a gray sealant.

RK / NK manipulators withstand ambient temperatures between -40 and +80 C. They are also distinguished by high protection ratings: IP69K in front of the front plate and IP67 for the contact chamber. The devices are therefore suitable for cleaning with a pressurized water jet or high-pressure cleaner.

Intelligent sealing concept increases plant availability
A special feature of the NK / RK series is its sophisticated sealing system with up to three barriers to prevent liquid penetration, even in the event of deterioration of the sealing bellows. Plant uptime is maximized as there is enough time to replace the bellows without the switch or machine being out of service.

Thanks to the manipulators, the operator can move the tool of a machine in four directions: forwards, backwards, to the right and to the left. With the manipulators with positions with return, the return is effected by spring. With fixed position joysticks, the operator pushes the lever to return the joystick to the center using a spring.
