CAMERON - ORBIT Valve

• Single-seat design : The single, fixed seat of the Orbit valve maintains valve tightness in both directions and avoids body overpressure problems. The choice of internals is made according to the fluid.
• Low operating torques: Characterized by their small diameter handwheel and the absence of a reducer (except for the largest passages), Orbit valves are operated effortlessly thanks to the elimination of seat friction.
• Closing by mechanical action : the cam at the end of the stem applies a permanent mechanical force from the ball to the seat to maintain the tightness of the valve
• Opening and Closing without friction : The movement of recoil and rotation of the core eliminates any abrasive action on the seal of seat whose wear is often the cause of the loss of tightness in the conventional valves. Zero leaks guaranteed.
• Optimal Fluidity : Reduced or full passage, the Cv of the valve is very high. The circulation of the fluid in the network is therefore maximized and the problems of rolling effect and vibration are minimized. Reduced wear thanks to retractable seats.
• Self-cleaning : By moving the core away from the seat surface before it rotates, fluid flows immediately and evenly around the entire circumference of the seat. Any accumulation of debris is immediately flushed out of the sealing area without risk of local erosion due to the extreme velocity of the fluid.
•Easy electric motorization.
