Aquiénergie enables real-time control of energy consumption and integrates relationships between production data and energy consumption data, at all levels of management of a production site.

With algorithms and indicators, developed by Astrée Software, the Aquiénergie module makes it possible to acquire data on the energy consumption of air, water, electricity, etc., in the workshop, the machine, the island, etc. It also allows the storage of information in real time and a posteriori, processing and dissemination of information and production of indicators in real time.

This software for monitoring energy performance ensures correlation with production data. Indeed, it makes it possible to establish the link between the quantity produced and the quantity consumed by alerting of the drift of consumption compared to the process, ensures the triggering and the follow-up of the preventive maintenances and guarantees a control of the states of consumption based on VisualManagement.

For the continuous improvement of the energy management system (EMS), this software complies with the ISO 50001 standard. This follows the so-called PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Act) methodology.
