The NEXY global solution can be used for a wide variety of applications in the field of the internal supply chain, in particular for the real-time replenishment of e-Kanban shelves, the automated transfer of goods & the "wake-up" functions of AGVs in standby.

For real-time automatic e-kanban, Nexy smart radio actuators can be installed on assembly lines to detect the taking of bins and small containers. Modem routers relay the radio telegrams from the wireless sensors and switches to the factory computer network, via WiFi or Ethernet, which triggers the automatic replenishment of stocks. Since the data is integrated into the client's ERP, it can be processed in such a way as to optimize the productivity of the factories.
