Compact, multi-parameter mass flow meters/controllers

The new FLEXI-FLOW instrument benefits from the advantages of a single chip sensor and proven bypass technology. These mass flow meters and controllers are 35% smaller than traditional instruments, offering the most compact solution on the market for flow ranges up to 20 ln/min. Thanks to the new measurement technique linked to the sensor, the instrument regulates the flow in a very stable way while being very fast, with stabilization times of less than 100 ms.

The FLEXI-FLOW is a multi-parameter instrument equipped with built-in temperature and pressure sensors and an on-board gas database, allowing maximum accuracy even during changing process conditions. With this new technology, the instrument adapts to many applications thanks to its wide range of dynamic flow rates (up to 1:1000). The user obtains information about the actual process conditions via the temperature and pressure signals.

To facilitate setup and monitoring of user instruments and their process, Bronkhorst offers a USB-C port, optional Bluetooth communication, and NAMUR status indication. The FLEXI-FLOW is available in 2 pre-configured models (standard version made to order or customized and multi-channel solution), each including free and simple tools and software for configuration, diagnostics and predictive maintenance.
